Stress, sugar, and, processed foods, are dangerous to our bodies, especially, the immune system, and, the digestive tract...
Read this: {Here's an interesting fact for you: Studies have shown that a mere teaspoon of sugar can depress your immune system for up to 5 HOURS.} Wow! This IS some pertinent information! Do you realize that a can of soda pop has 12 teaspoons of sugar, so that means, for 60 hours, the immune system is depressed, and, if you add to that, the snacks, and, other bad carbs, such as white bread, that you, possibly, eat EVERY day, you immune system is CONSTANTLY depressed, if not sent into hiding/shock!!!
I just read an interesting article about industrialized nations too; according to the article, people who live in such countries, DO bear the most weight, which, is attached to the air that we breathe, then, of course, the foods that we are taking in, which, are surely, laden with the chemicals that cause our systems to go out of whack, on top of, the bad eating habits, we already have! Intense stuff, yes???

What can we do? Be MORE AWARE of what we reach for, to put in our systems, eat correctly, which, isn't always possible, exercise, find ways to empty our minds, thus, our systems of stress, stay clear of pre-packaged foods, junk foods, and, convenience foods! There is not much we can do about the air we breathe, yet, IF we HEAL the internal healing system, the immune system, and, practice breathing exercises, it should better the odds!!!
